SciFi and Fantasy Art: Rainbow Magick

I drew this picture last night (Dec 29th), and it took right about 2 1/2 hours. I don't know her story, the only thing I know is that she looks a lot better on paper than on the computer. A LOT of the detail was lost on the girl, while the designs actually showed up better than on the paper, so.. (*shrug!*). I used these special blue pencils that copiers/scanner evidently can't see to create her, because I wasn't sure if I was going to color her or not. Then I erased that, and went over the outline in black gel pen. I then colored her and her wings with normal colored pencils, and colored her dress with metallic colored pencils. The rainbow energy around her is colored pencil, with gel pen designs.
