SciFi and Fantasy Art: Waiting

'The woman slinks up to the door of her capturer, sword hanging heavily in her trained left hand, dagger lying tightly in her right. The death dragon flies through the moonlit sky, and she waits.' This was my first ever tanned woman that I had ever drawn. This was infact a recent drawing, and I lost a lot of her facial detail, as well as the detail on the dragon whenever I scanned her in, and shrank it, but I can see the improvement from past pictures of females. Firstly, I actually showed her whole body, secondly her eyes aren't just giant ovals sitting in the middle of her head without much of a nose. And last of all, I actually got her breasts to look right without looking.. well.. unnatural. :) Her upper half is too big for her legs, but she isn't too bad...

her capturer lets her run around with all that cutlery - dosen't sound very captured to me - more like she's got something painfull on her mind - like the stonez and the door and the dragon - ... ~12

I love it! Just one bit of constructive criticizem(if that's how you spell it). maybe it's just me, but it looks like the room is slanted. but anyways, it's a good drawing! 2

It might sound silly, but i love that window. Great, realistic detail work there. Nice sword and very good face on the lady, too. I think that the tilt of the room adds to the drama, actually, like an askew camera. Smashing job.
