SciFi and Fantasy Art: Blue mage

Hmm... I made this in Flash. I really enjoy playing around in Flash. I make lots of pictures in the same style as this one, but this is the only one that can be categorized as fantasy :) I don't think I've ever seen anything like this in elfwood... Tell me what you think, and maybe you can come up with a title for it.
