I own the book in which they are talking about and you did copy this.
The book was done in the earily 70's by a man named, Donald Staussburg. The artist name is, Jacob Morland. It is a book about the collection of his art.

seen this picture in a book recently...



I showed it to my brother who is an artist himself and he had said that this was done a long time ago by another guy, (Forget the name)...

Jeff LaSala replies: "Well, I know this to be a total fluke, but if there really is an image similar to this one, I'll probably take it down to avoid the misunderstand. A real shame. I've only seen photos in magazines like this, not actual fantasy art. So yeah...jpgs is fine...thanks."

Coincidences suck dont they? Well in any case this is a good pic. One of my favorites. I am enamored with succubi and love to view artwork of them. This is a very good pic and one that makes you feel sorry for the demons. Cant help what you are and fighting your nature for something more is an old theme of humanity. So even though it has apparently been done before I still bow before your skill

With so many people doing Fantasy style artwork,be it in comic books,cover art,or what have you just about everything is similar to someone else's work somewhere.That being said this is a great picture.I love the spikes on the chain links,nice touch!Keep up the great work and pay no attention to the nay sayers out there!

I love this picture it's so beautiful. I was reading those other comments about it being from a book and I looked it up and couldn't find it anywhere online, nor books by the same author at my uni libarary or the public library or even in any of the book stores I looked. I was wondering if you talked further with these people and learned where this book might be found because it peaked my curiosity and I'd like to take a look. *shrugs* It's hard to believe that something that seems so original could have been done before. Anyway, it's wonderful and I know you won't let it discourage you. Keep up your wonderful work. Take care.
