| 8 Aug 2000 | Cori E. R. Trout | *Laughs loudly.* Hey! you could sell those! I'd buy them! Nifty! Hrmm, maybe I'll do something of that like and put nifty patches on my jeans, especially the pairs that aren't bright blue or turquoise. | |
| 24 Aug 2000 | Joseph Hocking | What a unique idea. And very well executed (the expression on the dragon is priceless) | |

| 31 Mar 2001 | Toomas Laasik aka Rocki | It's a really good one. At first i thought i was looking at the ceiling painting in the church. But yeah, i understood what it's all about. It's all incredibly cute. | |
| 24 Apr 2001 | Anon. | Haha! That's great! I want a pair! You could sell those, definitely. The dragon's face is the best part, looks like my cat right before she pounces. It's wonderful! | |
| 9 May 2001 | Sandra Lång | OMG !!!! THAT IS THE KEWLEST THING!!!! And here, I thought I'd seen it all here at Elfwood!! *shakes her head in amazement* | |
| 7 Oct 2001 | Jessica Jean Tschampa | oh I must know what you are using to keep the pencil from washing off. I've been making patches with acrillics, however it's hard to create with and the patches are starting to crack with the paint going with them. I'm hoping you might e-mail me with an answer or stop by my elfwood site and tell me. I'd really appreciate it. Oh yes the patches look great, you should do more email: Cyclea@aol.com | |
| 3 Dec 2001 | Natalie Touretsky (Gerie Aren) | Great idea!! I'd like to make something like this myself, but I never came across any materials to make it lasting. (Aquarel on cotton cloth is washible, but cloth have to be white, and the colors fade with washing. T-shirt paint (acrilic I think) peels off.) Can you explain a bit how you do it, or it's a secret? Laurie Carroll replies: "No secret, just good shopping. There is a substance, found usually in hobby stores next to the fabric paints, which, when added to acrylic paints (or watercolor crayons), makes them colorfast. It must be heat-set, and you must be careful about washing the area. It's a milky white in color, but dries clear with a plastic-like feel. I don't have the brand name." | |
| 11 Jul 2006 | Evergreen | U did this on your jeans!!!!!!! I would love to do that on mine but my mom won't let me even draw on my hands! | |
