My knowledge of mythology FAR exceeds my knowledge of what other people know about mythology--I'm not sure if Whitewolf has used the lamia and made her mainstream.... but anyway, a lamia is a reptilian vampire, considered to be female in the legends that I've heard/read. She reminds me a bit of one, though of course there are uniquities that your style brings that would keep her from ever being categorized into something that wasn't completely the property of Laura E. Noel *grin* I like it, especially her sweet head-tilting pose and the sense of action in the picture. | |
