SciFi and Fantasy Art: Quiet Song

A random godesses from one of my equally random stories.. This was my first serious attempt at oil paints, done in 2002. Like charcole, since I've been at art school I have become far more familiarized with the oil medium. I think it's my favorite actually. Keep a look out for some of the paintings I've been doing making their way into this gallery in the future.

28 Oct 2002	Rebekah Chayne Mclure	Loading... I lurvvvvvvvveeeeeeee it! The flute looks great. A bit of constuctive crit, the legs look a tiny bit twosted. But it's still FAB! I can't believe this is your first comment. Does first comment wiggle jiggle dance . Keep up the good work.
8 Mar 2008	Michael pixie john	Loading... yes good wowww lovely picture lovely swirly style i can almost hear the tune she’s playing love the oils , and all the colours work so well the light and shadow on the wall behind her are particularly effective her hands look quite chunky and her leg looks a little twisty however they blend into the style and the whole thing is fabulous character study
