| 28 Apr 2002 | Jenna L. | WOW! Incredible! This picture brought up a lot of weird emotions when I looked at it. Lauren E. Cotto replies: "Thanks!! =D It does that to me, too...I was a little angry when I drew it (Art was being destroyed!! How ignorant!! >=\) but it didn't have as much meaning in the spring of 2001 as it does now, or at least I think so." | |
| 23 Feb 2004 | Emma Siobhan Maclay Jenkin | The drawing is fine, but I'm pretty insulted by your close-mindedness towards the events of 2001. Crises such as the World Trade Tower attacks happen all over the world, and yet the US acted as if this was the first time anything like this had happened. And, although I am a great fan of art, and these ARTIFACTS being destroyed is a tragedy, remember that art is art but life is life, and the slaughter of Afghani and Iraqi people [including children], none of whom had anything to do with anything that went on within US borders is a much greater tragedy. There is an entire other world outside the US borders. Try to realize that. | |
