I actually think that the lack of a visible mouth fits in with the scene as a whole. Manga images generally have small mouths anyway. I love the sense of depth, and the reflecting sunrays really give it amazing believability!

Good light working on the wings. It makes it look like a real scene. I still think there should be a mouth though.

Nice picture! It's vey dynamic, you get a great sense of motion from it. Great style too, water looks fine to me.

Hey, give yerself a break; the water's fine! ^_^ Along with everyone one else's comments on depth, lighting, motion, and quality (at least the comments I saw on the abridged comments page that I saw), I agree that a mouth might seem out of place here (unless she's smiling contentedly) since she's a angel/elemental-type being. Immortal, elemental, or above-human-type beings often look better without facial features at all (ie: no mouth, no clear nose, and sometimes no clear eyes), at least to me.

I love it. The wings, angle and hair all give it such a sense of movement. Great job!

I can see what you tried to do with the water. Did you use layers to create the water separately from the angel and was it the smear tool. I found that if your picture is large the tools fail to work fast enough. that is why you get blobs instead of streaks or lines.
Try using a bezier curve to draw the white streaks, select inside with magic wand go to edit and click on clear then deselect. Result white wave crests. Another thing that helps is cpoying the items that need to reflect, paste them onto a new layer invert and alter its transparency. When you have done this use the eraser on light pressure to remove streaks from reflections. Let me know if this helps.

I just wanted to say that the picture is very nice...I really enjoy it. The water is perfect...it gives you a feeling of serenity and adds a finishing touch to the picture...and doesn't take away from the beauty of the angel.
