SciFi and Fantasy Art: Scholari an Céard

Finally! I managed to work out a true hexapedal dragon with the wings and forelimbs on their own shoulder blades. Now maybe I can try drawing all of Tephra again in a non-anthro form. Anyway, he's a mercury dragon so the coloring is off, he's mirrored chrome on the top, mirrored copper underneath.

Ooh! Ooh! First comment! Luvverly work. I love the way you did his neck, he looks very lithe and agile that way.

Magnificent. Hexapods are insects! I am confused. Whirls around in circles to expel confusion. Wonderful colour and shading. Centaurs are insects by my line of reasoning. Time to through reason to the wind and just stop and smell the furries. Hrmmm... A centhill is an anthill manned by centaurs. Head starting to spin again... Bye

Humm... who's to say that with that extra muscular structure he *can't* walk with the tips of his wings as well, just like bats? Lovely choice of colors for this beast, and the clawed feet/hands are really cool!

Ooooh! I just wanna jump in and give him a hug. He's beautiful and I like the little belly he has.

The roundness of its body is not a 'belly' its a large group of pectoral muscles. (or midpectoral muscles in vertabrate hexapodal dragons) that one guy was right, hexapods are insects. Imaginary creatures such as dragons (and centaurs) are vertabrate hexapods. (but whatever you want is good, since its imaginary)

He reminds me of a book i read about a extremely good looking guy and he's a cursed vampire. His curse is that whenever he loses control of his emotions he goes though a very painful transformation into a dragon. one time he ate 5 souless guys and when he turned back into a human his stomach was huge because of indigestion. This dragon is so cute. I just want to go to him and rub his cute belly.
