SciFi and Fantasy Art: When all you can do is watch...

Poor Marimba. She looks rather sad. Why? Because I was really VERY sad when I drew it.(when you know that your most treasured dream won't come true, what OTHER emotion are you supposed to feel?) I sat myself down in front of a mirror and started drawing(so what you're seeing...in a way...is actually ME). I meant for it to look like she's really very alone. But that's the way she is, most of the time... (2000)
