SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pain is a virus

The body is done with coloured pencils and the background I´ve done with charcoal and red stamp pad colors. The image is a bit bigger than A4. pain is a virus... the hurt turns into hating and makes you sick... You have not one single clear thought... So I explain what I´ve drawn there.
