It's done in Painter, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro. In this picture, I want to make some motion for clould and the mirage of the land, but the visual effect seems not very good...

this is spectular, and you did it on PSP?? i also have this program and i could never pull off anything this good. great work!

Mainly done in Painter, and adjust the color in Paint Shop Pro. Because I don't use the "Lens Render" effect so this pic does not relate to Photoshop anymore...

Its as if we were in the action of zooming in and its cool i like the fact that its burning in different places
