SciFi and Fantasy Art: Bloom

This is a picture I originally started for my ex-girlfriend, but intended to also use as a piece in my college art portfolio. Considering I was in love with her at the time, I was divinely inspired and as a result I believe this is my best piece to date. Two faeries, standing inside a flower, gracefully embracing one another.

I really like the shading that you did on the flower, it's very good. I believe that my fav part of this picture is the flower(wow, I think I'm the first person who likes something more the wings), but I definately like her wings the next best. Anywho, great job, I really love this picture. Thanks 2

Like everyone else, I dig the wings. The pressure difference is noteable and used really well. The picture's simply awesome.

I would agree with all of the above comments, especially about the eyes. And would just add my own "I like this one a lot and think you did an excellent job"
