SciFi and Fantasy Art: Vengeance Incarnate

This is a piece I worked on for about a week. I'm a bit inexperienced with nature and so this is my first real attempt at rendering forest. I do have a knack for anatomy though, albeit slightly exaggerrated. The gargoyle's marking across his eye signifies the clan he belongs to, in this case the Klaves.

you weren't kidding when you said you had a knack for anatomy! Those muscles are well placed! Ordinarily I would say his wings look to chunky, but you pulled it off so well it goes perfectly! I also love your leaves in the back ground! Nice job! Pencils rule!!Thank you 2 I also thought the wings looked kinda chunky but if you think they work then, well, great 2

This is great. The gargoyle looks so powerful! For your first foray into rendering forest, it looks fantastic. Awesome...truly awesome.I went for a sense of grandeur, as the angle of the gargoyle is a bit from the bottom. Thanks 2
