SciFi and Fantasy Art: Fluff

I did this little piece for my GCSE art project, and I'm quite proud of it. ^.^

It's one of my cats, Fluff, except with colourful, magical fur that changes colour according to his mood.  I sketched him, washed the picture with a thin layer of water, then splashed different coloured inks on to it, and this is what I got.  It was a really interesting technique, and I enjoyed watching the ink swirl and make patterns in the water, so I may do it again sometime.  I've never done anything like it before.  Oh, there's a few dabs of watercolour in there, too.
