SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Mad Hatter New

This was for a school project. We had to design characters for a fairy tale of our choice. I did a gothic rendition of 'Alice in Wonderland' and made Mad Hatter a vampire. Just an excuse to draw a pretty vamp bishounen... This picture was painted. It was done with Watercolour and gouache paint. The Red BG is airbrush. I used no computer on this!

10 Apr 2006	Kati Viitanen	Loading... Oh, the colours are so lovely! I love the atmosphere in this. Kinda like American McGee's Alice. Except that the Mad Hatter in that one is MUCH more crazy and scary looking than this one. Anyhow, love it.
