SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lady of Rohan II

I honestly believe this is one of your better pictures. The texture, the detail, the almost three-dimentional feel of the room and Eowyn herself...The entire scene has a thoughtful, preparing mood. I'd say you're very talented with ink: it almost appears like pencil, what with the wide range of shading. Just out of curiosity: did you draw this with pencil first? Yes or no, well done. This is one of the first images in long weeks of Elfwood-wandering that has actually moved me.

I think this is one of your best. I love her face; to me it shows that she knows that she will probably die in battle, but knows what she must do. Wonderfully done, keep up the great work.

A very pretty picture! I especially like her face (gasp) and the chain-mail. I do have a couple things to nit-pick, though. The sheild, for instance, doesn't seem to be leaning on the table, it looks like it's straight up and down, which isn't really possible - perhaps it should be slanted more? As well, does she fight left-handed? She's holding the sword strangely, and her scabbard is on the wrong side, but I suppose I'm being really nit-picky.
Impressive shading, it's very good. The table and the helmet also appear very three-dimensional. One of my favourites of yours. Her face is so very pretty.

Nice... I like the Rohirrim as well, and it does look like Eowyn from what I remeber... Haven't been to Rohan for a while... They don't take kindly to rangers.
