SciFi and Fantasy Art: To be fixed

Oh, well. If you have a warrior as a friend, this is something you´ll occasionally just have to do :o)
Ink and colour pencils, february 2002. (This was originally drawn on A3, a little bigger version is at my homepage. This is my first try to ink something, so forgive me...)
Oh, hey, and suggestions for a better name are more than welcome!

I love her hair... I must say that... Also I start to think about who's really got the power - it's not the swordsmen out on the battlefield - it's the healing women waiting at home. Well, yeah... in a way, at least.

something seriously wrong with teh walls. but i definantly think that girl is looking too alooft. whats up with her? i see that they are friends but i've nursed my friends back to health with more warmth in my eyes. she looks like shes doing some duty thats distasteful. while he looks almost hopelessly in love. bad friction u know. window is neat tho. but the table looks unfinished. umm u think thats it. other then a title, you should look for some stuff in gaelic. "mo chroi" or "Tá tú go h-áileann" or maybe soul mate= "anam chara" tho they definantly do not look like soul mates. well the girl doesnt at least. anyway. nice picture

:-) Hanna Lehmusto replies: "What I tried to achieve with the girl´s expression was something like that she´s done the same thing before, many times, and she´s quite upset and even angry at him now that she has to cure him again. She actually does like him (at least most of the time), but now she´s just worried, perhaps she´s afraid of losing him... Or because he´s obviously neglected her good advices -again. Or something like that. 19)"

I really like their expressions. The woman looks peeved, like she's sick and tired of patching him up, and the man looks like he's trying to be all innocent, like "It wasn't my fault, really!" Or, Man: "Sorry. It won't happen again, I promise!" Woman: "Yes, that's what you said the last five times! Now hold still!"

The expressions definitely go like this
Female: I can't believe you went and got yourself injured: again. I warned you this would happen.
Male: I'm sorry. Forgive me? Pleeeeeaaaaase?
The picture is truly admirable! Ahh, some day I shall acheive such expertice with emotion . . .

I'm thinking this is more of a dumb hunting accident that a would never happen to a warrior unless he was a klutz, maybe he was tipsy from meade?!

Man: It wasn't my fault! He took a cheap shot!
Woman: *sigh* That's what you said last time!

Lol, great facial expressions. Why are they both so pale? anyway, nice window, nice poses. Keep up the good work 2
