SciFi and Fantasy Art: Orcarina (The Lost Orc Tribe?)

I think it's pretty much self explanatory - though I don't know how he managed to find a tutu to fit him, and whatever convinced him to staple goat-hair plaits to his tiara is beyond me... (September 2000)
