SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hung out to dry

OK OK after all the comments beseeching that I see a doctor I will let on where I got the idea for this picture.
I was reading The Chronicles of Amber by Richard Zelazny and there was an instance where either whats-his-butt Corwin or maybe Merlin was honking through their Elite Playing Card Matter Transference System when one of them spotted a lady dangling from a tree branch. It was totally rad.

I especially enjoy the reference to the Amber Chronicles, which were one of my favorite series (at least half of it was; I found Corwin's 5 books a bit better than Merlin's, no offense). Your use of the "grotesque" imagery -- twisted faces, off proportion shots, etc -- are inspired! Good luck with future endeavors, but it looks like you don't need my luck! You're doing just fine without it!

23 Jun 2008	Crash	Loading... hmm... i think you’re thinking of the scene where merlin captures jasra, the mother of luke, by using his enchanted rope frakir. frakir lashes around her neck and ties onto a tree branch to prevent jasra from escaping. worked okay until she bit him.
