SciFi and Fantasy Art: Halcyon Valley through the Seasons - Autumn

Halcyon Valley is a mystical, mysterious place.  Noone knows exactly where it is - it could be near your home.  It is a place where faeries and other mysterious beasties roam.  It is also the setting for my unpublished novel "Midsummer Knight's Quest", which may be available on Lulu when I complete editting it.

Looks like Gruff, the mama Trow has gone to sleep in the woods.  coming upon her prone form, Aurora the sunbittern fancies she might make a little mischief and jumps up onto her bulk.  Alas for her, Miss Gruff is not as silently asleep as she may appear...  Looks like the cheeky bird is in for a surprise!  Meanqhile, a little pixie looking rather like a teeny gibbon) watches on and two gnomes doze sleepily.
