SciFi and Fantasy Art: Amazone

Amazone warriors were beautiful women which also used their beauty to win fights...Men stare at their beautiful and sexy bodies and so they were easy to attack...

But what nearly nobody knows is that they were also some sorts of witches....They use spells and magic to win their battles....

This Amazone is not in her fighting dress - although their fighting dresses looked nearly like this, which means VERY HOT! She is one of the higher witches and nearly don´t use a bow or a sword but only her power to use magic! So don´t trick her - as I said, they were very powerful and mystic creatures and have the power to use magic!! So be careful...

*first comment can-can* I love her hair. Her dress is really pretty, but I adore her hair! I cannot draw hair properly. :-(

1 Magdalena Mantler replies: "Thanks for your nice words! Yeah, I´m also very proud about the hair...Was a lot of work...."

Wow, she is majorly cool! The face could use a bit of work, I know, downturned faces are hard to draw. Other than the face everything is really good. I like the coloring and shading and everything. I had always heard that amazons fought more with weapons than magic, but hey, its fantasy, you can make up whatever you want. Rock on!

1 Magdalena Mantler replies: "Thanks so much for passing by!! Yeah the face....but hey, you can´t learn without mistakes! ;-)Thanks for commenting!"

Wow, I love how you paint. I'm trying to give some color to my drawings too. Great character, keep it up!
The face is a little weird, but it is true, downturned faces are so hard... just like faces looking up! Use someone or a picture of someone as a model, it sure helps!

1 Magdalena Mantler replies: "Thanks for the tip!Uncoloured, the face looked much better....Thanks very much! ^-^"

Did you also know that amazones cut off one breast to make the use of a bow easier 10
Very nice use of cellshading, also 2

1 Magdalena Mantler replies: "Yes, I know about this myth - but I didn´t want to cut her one breast! 12Thnx for commenting!"

Awesome JOB!
However, I can make suggestion?
I would add more highlights to the helmet to on the edges and darken the curves to give it more definition.

1 Magdalena Mantler replies: "thanks thanks!! Yeah I know, but I wans´t very well with the computer-job at this time 12but thanks for this comment! ^^"
