SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dwarf Lord

A pencil sketch scanned in and colored in Photoshop. I couldn't think of any other color for the hair/beard, but in retrospect I think it works rather well.

Hmm, oddly enough, I think the hair color fits quite well! Excellent work, he looks almost real, and he's got lots of character.

the texture on the collar is great. it really looks like wool or something like it anyway.

Arrr! 'Tis good to see me a fellow dwarf amongst all tha pansy-elves where and abouts! Arrr...he do be having strange color hair, though...no matter. I be sure he can swing an axe most heartily when the fairy-boys be needin' their due. Arrr...no, I be no pirate.
