SciFi and Fantasy Art: Valkiry

This is a drawings i started on my bedroom door (on the inside). the first stage was making the outlines, which was followed by 3 months of neglect. then i started filling it in.. i stopped at a certain point & left it like that for another 3 months or so & now its done! (all i had left was 40 minutes work & i was too damn lazy to finnish it!)

26 Aug 2003	Ameliorate4u	Loading... Absolutely superior art work but I just exceedingly hate it when some artworks take longer then a day. I like speed art demonstrated by animators and manga/comics pencilers.

I spent all day on elfwood looking for it, waded through thousands of pictures looking for this...because of your misspelling it was SO hard to find. It's spelled "Valkyrie". ( didn't LITERALLY spend all day...I'm not THAT big of a loser) And if you think I'm being negative, I wouldn't have devoted that much time and energy looking for it had I not liked it. Your art rocks, but your spelling....could use some work.

Always good, too, to see alternative media on elfwood. I bow to your skill. The spottiness to the shading REALLY gets teh "well used gear" effect across. Lovely. -Scarlet Jack

17 Jul 2004	Chris Yoakum	Loading... This is a truely impresive piece of work. I hope you sprayed it with a clear coat of somthing so it will never come off. If this was on my door I would come home go to my room and shut the door, followed by 3 or 4 hours of standing there looking at it without dropping my book bag.
