| 9 Jun 2002 | Hubert Binienda <MeatLoaf2202@yah...come> | I love your pictures, its so colorful and great imaginations. Are you single and 21? I am looking or searching for a girlfriend? | |
| 10 Jun 2002 | Rachel Rose Glaser | I thoroughly enjoyed visiting your gallery. Thanks for the nice comment you left in mine also. I like many things about your drawings, but I think you should also pay attention to the comments you get. People have a lot to say to help. And also, as a general comment to everyone: stop criticizing the critics. Sometimes people can be blunt, but that can be valuable. Don't be so quick to cast stones. | |
| 25 Jul 2002 | Carin Winans | WOW great pictures. AWESOME NAME TOO!!! | |
| 22 Oct 2002 | Marlena Cannon | Hey! You were the second commenter in my gallery when I first joined Elfwood 3 years ago. Your princesses have gotten even prettier since then. Keep on drawing! | |
| 21 Dec 2002 | Björn Güdmunsdottir | I do believe that these sketches are of the same quality as those of a small child. Please do try to use your crayon inside the lines so as not to create the enfant-artistic effect. I also believe that variety is much more enticing than stagnant, medieval consistancy. Please do try to use your imagination variably. | |

| 26 Jun 2003 | Christie M. Kitterman | I believe I posted suggestions on most of your drawings. You like prinsesss, neh? ^_^ Some of your works are quite good, wheras other could definatly use room for improvement. Why such a difference? Do whatever it is you do on the good ones, and you'll have some nice pieces of work! Make sure to check up some on anatomy, especially your arms and faces. I learned that even when drawing in an anime/manga style, anatomy is still nessasary! Perhaps you are trying too hard for realism. I did this once, too, then found the anime/manga style which I love. Maybe you just need to find your style? Keep working and find your style! Hope I helped! ^_^ | |
| 20 Sep 2003 | Lauren 'Selie' Liebowitz | I agree that you've got a lot of potential here, and I think it's good that you're taking your comments and criticism to heart and trying to improve. That's the real sign that you're going to really take off as an artist.
I second the motion that you do real life study. Try to get one of your friends to sit for you and draw the face. Draw it as shapes you see, not as the idea in your head of what a face should look like (which I believe you're doing right now, based on the harsh lines you're using to outline the nose, which doesn't have any real lines on it). Use lots of shading. Eventually you'll get more of a feel on how to draw realistic faces, and you can then use that when you draw using this style. I think it'll improve your faces even more tha you've already done. | |
