| 19 Nov 2003 | Lady_Maddy | Karl.......this inspires me as a writer to see one of my characters walking down this walkway...dragging dainty fingertips across the stones to feel the roughness as she heads for the door, not knowing what is on the other side. Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "a surprise party?" | |
| 21 Nov 2003 | Joseph M. Fontano | Woooooow... It's so detailed in more ways then one. I'm curious as to what the entire castle looks like. Good job. Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "Umm all thats left is this little bit? *trying to find an excuse not to draw it*" | |

| 14 May 2004 | Vohmatäht | Fantastic! It really makes you feel you are in that room. Keep up the great work! Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "no playing football in there mmkay" | |
| 3 Jun 2004 | Manuela P. Forst | Why do I have that gnawing feeling as if some spirits of long gone beings are still present in this corridor? Very good done perspective - I myself have always had problems with such things. Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "I was quite happy with it, it was one of those ever expanding doodles I tend to do now and then" | |
| 19 Oct 2004 | Shawn5 | Lots of hallways look like that when you're tripping out on acid like I used to. I was stupid as a fouteen-year-old. Great picture effect though! Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "Thank you very much" | |
| 8 May 2005 | Allison Kathleen Whitby | Oooh, neat! Love the texture on the walls. And the fact that all the vertical and horizontal lines seem to bend outward slightly (in photography it's called barrel distortion) makes the scene seem eerie and very subjective, as if we're really there, creeping cautiously along the hall, afraid that a ghost or undead corpse might leap out at us from the next doorway. Great job, and very unique. Karl 'Angel' Lines replies: "or maybe a rabid teletubby...." | |
| 29 Sep 2005 | Anonymous | If I didn't know any better I'd think that the sun was either just setting or rising outside the window from the light that's cast on the walls and floor. Am I right? | |
| 9 Dec 2005 | K. Ficarra | wow. what awesome pencil work. i can't draw buildings to save my life and this is AMAZING. i bet there's ghosts down there, looking out the window as the world changes. awesome job. | |
| 15 Nov 2006 | Emma Nicholas | Rabid teletubbies? They were bad enough as they were, let alone rabid! Anyway, back to the art... this really gives the atmoshpere of an abandoned, ruined castle, very creepy. It all looks so real! -Emma | |
