SciFi and Fantasy Art: Angelic

My goodness you are good. I want to comment on all your pictures, or at least most of them. This one is really good and called out to me almost as well as some of the others. You are really good in body drawing and getting cool poses right.

I think this is an intense mockery of the subject 'angel'. But that is due to my perception of angels as being intensely holy. Still, she looks like a stereotypical whore-warrioress woman and that really just doesn't make me appreciate it as much as some other people do.

As said before, the wings are stiff but you're reply to the last one...

I don't see anything unholy at all about this picture...She turned out beautiful. Who really knows what an angel really looks like anyways? As far as we know, they could be flying around naked. LOL

That aside, I just wanted to compliment you on your work. Pencil drawings are very difficult, and you do them with skill, and they turn out lovely. I'll be making a note of this page and come back often to see what new artwork you have.

Hmm...I like the cross in the water. Is it supposed to symbolic in the way it's half-sunken, or am I reading too deep into this?
I also luff the shading and the wings...pretty pretty!

Which of the "sins" dose she represent? She is very sexy she looks like sloth may be because she is leaning and looks exhausted. Nice. love the wings

Not all Angels or nice but I am.

Very nice stuff, I really like the pose it looks very natural. The cloth is also really nicely drawn this is one of the things that I really strugle with oh and the water looks nice to and the hint of a reflection is really nicely done, just a couple of my thoughts shouldn't there be some ripples around her in the water oh and this is only really my preference so feel free to completely ignore this but I think angel wings look better when they are larger and look like they might actually give some lift I know realism is pretty much irrelevant as we are talking about angel drawings on a fantasy art site in the first place but I think it looks better so I would lengthen the wing tips a bit but still an absolutely lovely pencil drawing much better than anything I can manage in this medium.
