SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lady elf

If any teachers see elfwood they must think all artists and aspiring artists do is draw in class. This one was in grammar I think, I can't remember as I started drawing it to stay awake. I used my friend two rows down to the right of me (and the only non-korean apart from me who had bothered to come to class) as my model, though not so much as my muse as for the shadowing the ear is very much hers though (apart from the point, as she said it is the ear I would like to have). Someone comment and try to convince her that she is not at all ugly as she seems to think. My lady elf...

I love the simple grace this elf seems to have simply looking into the distance. It looks like a court artist has randomly picked someone from the crowd that caught their eye and drawn them.

The eyes are very beautiful and she seems to have a lovely feel about her and it's like she's been through tough times and still sees the good in things. Very beautiful piece.
