SciFi and Fantasy Art: Mermaid and child (WiP)

A lot of people I know are either pregnant or having babies. I suppose I was inspired. Not quite finished (thus the WiP) but definately getting there. Had to share progress thus far as I am getting a hint of an ego over this one. I love the colors, mostly.

15 Jan 2006	K. Kamowski	Loading... wow, I love it. The mother/child idea has always inspired me, so this is very touching. One thing is that the mother's torso seems a little squat, but maybe that's just a specie thing. very cool.

I would venture to say that I have seen very few mirpeople with children... and I've always wanted to see what a pregnant mirwoman would be like. This is the closest that I've found. Come visit sometime!

Very sweet, pleasant and peaceful. Also wanted you to know I share the same last name as you! I am also a painter. Not brave enough to put on line though. ) Keep up the great work!!!!
