SciFi and Fantasy Art: Artemisia and Daniel

Artemisia works for the Forces of Dark - she's a Havoc demon, content to make a mess of things where she sees fit (the Black Plague in Europe during the Middle Ages, etc.). Daniel, obviously, works for the Forces of Light, and does disgustingly good things for the sake of mankind. Together, they try to keep the fragile balance intact. Because if it shifts, the whole world is doomed....(of course).

I know enough to see that the runes say something (I can see 'the','and' and 'their' among them), but some of it is behind the people and I don't know enough to translate all of it. What does it say? Melissa Pynn replies: "Hah, I was hoping that no one would ask that, because it's a really stupid answer. Mostly it's just me typing sentences randomly like "Boy, I can't think of anything more to type!" and stuff like that. It's just there to look cool, not to actually mean anything. Though I should have thought that through a bit more and maybe meant it to be meaningful, heh."
