| 9 Jul 2002 | Steph Ekmanis | (sorry, it's me again!) I forgot to mention how much I love Myriame's eyes. You've either given her great big fluffy eyelashes or a shadow across the top. (I can't tell, my glasses are currently in need of a prescription upgrade...^^ Either way, it's neat, and new, and makes your characters look even more feminin. Use it again! ^.^ Laurie A. LeBlanc replies: "I gave her thick eyelashes. I though it added to her beauty when I drew them. Thanks, I'm glad you liked that look! The leaf hair look took awhile...I forget how long. The original drawing just has the leaves around the middle of her hair. I figured the scanner would blur all the lines together so I did them on my computer. I fiddled with leaf size and varied it throughout the hair until I liked it. " | |

| 1 Aug 2002 | Norma Peters | That hair is gorgeous! The detailing makes it look so pretty and woodsy. You have a refreshing and appealing cartoon style that I like very much. | |

LeBlanc replies: "Yes, I was going for a tree look for her. He body was supposed to look like bark, her hair like leaves. Her face and hands though are supposed to be flesh-like. That is what I was going for. Glad you like this one! " | |

| 5 Mar 2004 | Steve "Neko" Hinckley | This is a really good picture! I think the leaf hair was really neat. You should do a dryad in that setting. Your drawings are excellent. | |
