SciFi and Fantasy Art: 3 warriors (1993)

Well, I have to put this picture here because it was my first picture done with the help of my Pc. I did it with the old Paintbrush and it's literally made pixel by pixel, curve by curve. It took my three years before I finished it and only the right arm of the warrior took me three months (Desperating!, never more). I recently added some minor changes with photoshop.

I think it is a really good picture.. It is a very special style.. not like anything I have ever seen but It is greate (even if it had bean done with a modern software.. I do not think it is any easier to make a picture in this style in phototshop.. just because it is made pixel by pixel and that is what gives it the touch i think is so good)

Yes, it really looks good! It also reminds me very much of the Sega game Golden Axe. Yep, they look like the three chars you can play. It was onna my fave Sega games, actually. The girl was my fave to play, because she had the most magic ability and she could bring forth that fire-dragon thing. My gallery: http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/zone47/artists/ondricek/ondricek.html

Woah, this is pretty good for Windows Paintbrush! I'd never have the patience to do something like this pixel by pixel. I'll admit it's far from perfect (the middle guy's muscles are a little big and his hair doesn't quite look right), but it's very good for pixel-by-pixel.

The arm holding the knife is the best, I reckon. I, too, would be happy to see the unretouched version, since it's obvious (well, I think - I may be wrong?) where photoshop has gone in and smudged everything whitely. I personally preffer the untouched areas where you can appreciate the pixel-by-pixel work on it. Nice anime influence, and good heroic 3/4 poses.

Amazing. I don't have near the patience it would take. Paintbrush...ye gods. Congrats. As to those who would put more clothing on some of the characters... I dunno. It's interesting to get that statement on male figures...
