Personally, I love this picture. She is gruesome, terrible and yet lovely in her execution. I love the dark lines and the use of shadow here, there is also much to her posture and expression that speaks of her character. So therefore, in less eloquent words, "Nice job, dude."

The fact that she's smoking a pipe stops her being just an animal or a monster.
She's not inhuman she's just a real bitch, this is an architypal mother in law gone very wrong.
