SciFi and Fantasy Art: Billy the Elf

I saw a picture of Billy from Good Charlotte and was struck once again by his eyes, so that's where I started with this face and it took of from there in a totally different direction.....eyes of an elf have surely seen much and through the despair of hate, they still contain a spark of hope for the future that only they will be there to see and remember.......
