SciFi and Fantasy Art: Gwardo. Old age Skysurfer

One of the original sky board riders, Gwardo's status is legendary. While his body isn't quite as flexible as it was, his stamina and calm under pressure mean he is still untouched in board riding ability. Raised in cloud cradle communities, Gwardo like many children took to the sky board at an early age. Just a pencil sketch.

I don’t get it how you invent it all. I’m not going to ask again what it all represents, but you HAVE to tell me, what’s on his helmet. It looks like a chimney, does he have to let of steam?
20 Apr 2001	Weilguny Thomas	Loading... he´s cute, great character sketch. His left hand looks a bit odd though. Have you tried coloring this? IMO it just begs to be photoshopped...
22 Apr 2001	Deborah Dixon	Loading... I like the 'skyboard'. Skyboarding would probably be easier on the knees than skatebaording. Lots of nice details in this.
