| 3 Apr 2001 | The drawing guy | I'm glad you like it so much Anneke Now on her shoulder she has a.... something *lol* which is connected to her helmet by a pipe. On his is a soldering iron. His left arm is a prosthetic (well duh) so he built a small bracket to rest his soldering iron when he's not using it. His foot is nicely encased in an Aero tech mechanic boot. A lot of aircraft where he comes from are designed to be completely worked over by one person. Unfortunately this means that sometimes he needs to use his foot as well as his hands, so his foot is well armoured and protected from the various dangers of his job. There are also extra pouches on his boot for easy storage of smaller tools. It's a similar story with his glove | |
| 3 Apr 2001 | Anneke Hut | Duncan you are really good in this style. I love this team. He is looking a bit suspicious and she is very open, saying ‘HI’, here I am. You can look at this picture for hours and yet you will discover something new. There are so many little things. I adore the little pockets on Lucies outfit. What’s that on his left shoulder? And what’s that on her left shoulder? And I can go on, what has he got in his right hand, some very large pipe wrench? Oh no, he has that in his pocket, I see. It’s very unusual how you drew his foot, it is coming forward to us. Duncan your imagination is so indescribable big, I envy you very much for it. | |
| 10 Oct 2001 | Chantal Peeters | Coolness with a capital C... really well done. It reaminds me a bit of starship troopers for some reason, before they went to attack the bugs. All the armor yet still the high spirits | |
| 24 Jan 2002 | Linda Gock | I like your light and but effective shading and all the detail you put into the characters. | |
