SciFi and Fantasy Art: A very hairy rage

Ah lycanthropy and it's after effects. Here Rupert vents his rage; don't be afraid of him though. He's really a creature of refined tastes, creature of Afternoon tea time, a creature of Armoni suits and Caviar. And yes I named him Rupert Anywho , I'm really happy how this one turned out and am ecstatic with the gore, that serves as a border. Mediums used were India ink, Acrylic ink, solvent and a bit of white Vallejo. Enjoy

*sings loudly* Werewolves of London, you've stolen my heart away... But aside from the cheesy music you inspire, this is one of the better wolf pictures I've seen. The flyin' gore as a border treatment is an excellent idea. The anatomy and fur texture is no less marvelous. A most worthy Mod PoD you have here. Congratulations.

Wow...that's the coolest Werewolf I've seen. The details are so good, just great pic.
I wish I were a Werewolf...they are so cool...and blood thirsty..

Warren Zevon, indeed...I was about to start singing "Werewolves of London" myself, but I see someone beat me to the punch. *snaps fingers*

Anyhoo, great pic. I agree with the above Anon, the musculature on his left arm is bugging me a little, but other than that, awesome work. The shading is excellent, and I love the bloodspray. Very cool.

about what the "anonimous jerk" said about the anatomy. I would highly disagree with him. He obviosly doesnt see the position that the wererwolf is in. Hie right arm is behind him and swung in higher, making it only LOOK like it it coming out of his back....but that's only if you dont really see the picture and look the the fine lines of detail. I must say that I am extremly impressed with this piece. You capture the thrashing of the blood very well, and the details are simply amazing. A+ ^_^

Damn...thats good. i always loved werewolves, then i saw how cool they were in dnd, now im always wanting to make a Grey Elf half dragon werewolf char...the ultimate power.
anyway, this is almost as good as Luis Royo's werewolves, which are the best ive ever seen. keep up the good work

Amazing. I must say that I haven't seen an artistic view point of this caliber in a long time. Takes my breath away.
