SciFi and Fantasy Art: Let's snakelight the night

Imagine using a snake as light on your dangerous path. If someone is blocking your way you can just let the littleone bit them. Usefull:)

The picture came to me when I was reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. You-know-who had a snake to help him.. saw the muggle and warned him didn't she?
So why should only the evil side be connected to snakes?

She's got nothing to do with neither Harry nor Voldemort, but she is searching the gray caves for treasures and... perhaps her clothes? She discovered the underworld of magical creatures and people, and she finds it facinating. But, she didn't really think of the dark side of this world with vampires and monsters. She's a dreamy girl, easy to fool, thought the underworld would be a dreamworld... playing with fearies and elves all day. Guess she know better now, they are after her.

Maybe you think her arm look twisted? It's not, used my own arm as a model. Maybe my arm looks weird :P
