Malcolm has a strange scent and often wakes up in his $50 green velvet recliner, covered in eraser crud with grey finger tips. He draws some of the monsters and humanoids that get into his head, source unknown.

I live with a dirty little creature called Kynan, Kynan Lord of the Chicken Farmers. He will undoubtably one day break my green velvet recliner, which I have become so fond off. It is where I now do a lot of my sketching, the back rest is capable of so many angles. At this stage I suppose it is hard to pick out any long-term patterns in my art, both technically and in where I get it done. This is because I only started sketching in mid June of 2000, it was something to do on the train travelling to work. These regular train sojourns no longer occur, but I have been left, for the moment, in a state of obsessive sketching. For many years I have been a role player and have had my head crammed with piles of fantasy images. Now I want to learn how to draw that I might share them, so I have come here, please help. At the moment I am finding it difficult to come up with nasty, frightening or any of those pictures you look at and just go 'Ye Gods...'. I don't like to spend a long time on each drawing and tend to move on fairly quickly. Pencil and paper is all I use, although I used to paint many years ago. By the way, any DM's, GM's or other self appointed gods should feel free to use what I draw in your games. If you do, I'd love to hear about it.

Hmm...Tim Burton wouldn't have been an influence on you, would he? Your drawings have the same twisted feeling that his claymation does. (That's a big compliment, by the way.2
