SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pookie as ThorggThis is an RPG character of mine. Pookie's shape is that of a female Thorgg. (at least how she pictures one) After the time she and Kado (the original Thorgg character) spent together, she had formed some idea in her mind that he was like family, and more and more she didn't like her puny human form. In her mind, if she was more like him, she would be able to stay with him forever. So, when they were 'transported' to the dream world, she took on the form she had sometimes done in her dreams. (check out http://groups.msn.com/thewilds if you wish to know more about The Wilds.) She has the thick Thorgg hide, protecting her from attacks, though her grey seems to be tinted a light blue. Typical of Kado's race, she has bone protrusions all over her body. Small bones poke out fromt he sides of her eyes, cheeks, shoulders, wrists, ankles, and elbows. Large ram-like horns curve around her tiny flaplike ears, and sharp curved spikes run down her back and tail. Her tail ends in sharp flat blades and barbed needle like bone spikes. Large bone protrusions come out at her knees and her forearms have similarly curved blades as Kado. The claws on her hand and feet claws are very sharp. Seemingly decoration or 'beauty marks' she has small lumplike bone protrusions that are covered by a layer of thick skin, making them seem almost like scales. These protrusions are upon her forehead, around many of her spikes, and around her neck, eerily mimicking of the collar she wore while in her human form. In one claw, she holds a book that is her only contact to Kado in this strange world she has found herself wandering through. The other clutches a small scrap of leather strung through carved pieces of Kado's bone blade, shattered in a battle. 'background smudges' edited in photoshop. Details lost in scan *growls* but what can you do? Comments? Questions? | |
