As luck would have it, not all dragons look the same.

Wow, the antlers and whiskers remind me of asian dragons, and the muscles *drool*. That's what I love about dragons, no-one can tell you what they look like, because there's nothing to base them off, and thus there is an endless amount of variation. Dude, I love your work.I love aspects of both asian and western dragons, with a bit of my own spin thrown in. 2

Keen variation, indeed. Wish it all fit inside one window, though. You seem to have a good handle on critter anatomy and foreshortening, and I've gotta say that I love those antlers. Nice touch.Critter anatomy is my specialty, I'm much better at it now then I was when I made this.

antlers, feathered wings, and fur are items that are NOT to be on scaled creatures such as dragons

14 Shane M. Mans replies: "Actualy I check my most recent addition of "Anatomy of REAL Dragons" vol #5 and it said antlers, feathered wings, and fur ARE found on scaled creature, EXPECIALY dragons. So everybody who has not been doing this up to this point should follow my example. 10"

Very lovely. I do enjoy the different tastes artists put into their work. and since I have a dragon fetish I LOVE this one. and Yes, Spoot, feathers, antlers, fur and other things can all go on dragons.. it's just a matter of how it goes on the lovely beasties ^_^.

:-) Shane M. Mans replies: "Alright this debate has gome on long enough! Let's call for the dragons in the audiance to settle this once and for all. ::looks at all the dragons in the audiance meaningfuly, and waits::"

It's all about the horns and the foot, hands down

:-) Shane M. Mans replies: "I admit, they are quite the draw for the piece. I love those horns... I think I'll do another."

Beautiful use of foreshortening, bro! Hey, it looks like some sort of Oriental dragon spirit thing, it's neat!

Your drawings are lovely. I never really got past the cartoon stage. Ah, well. Can't win 'em all.

Someone mentioned earlier how he looks like he's playing with his tail...hehe, it kinda makes him look like a big kitty or something...only with antlers and wings and claws.

I like his feet. I'm trying to learn to draw feet...I have issues with paws. Getting there, but no where close to this.

I envy your superior artistic ability. *bows to the master*
