I've used a foam scythe in LRP- deeply dodgy. You almost invariably end up hooking and pulling, which ruins the blade far too fast. Entangling weapons are almost never used because of the danger of causing real injury. Reenactment, possibly- but for this thing, you're talking ninja, and just how many ninja reenactors are there? Even if you met one, how would you tell? | |
