SciFi and Fantasy Art: Chandra Ra Yen

This is based on a story I'm working on in my mind. The lovely lady is Chandra, the daughter of a Chinese father and Mexican mother. Because of a magical experiment her roomate at college does on her (with permission of course, althought she thought the affects would be on the roomate)she winds up being able to shapeshift, but only into at most twenty forms, and with three limits. 1. That she always wears a certain necklace. 2. That she always remains female. 3. That her eyes always stay the same color. She is pictured in here along with three of her favorite forms. A Pigeon, a mutt of a dog, and herself as a Gargoyle where she calls herself Neyara.

Please let us know =^-^= Good coloring, and I like the look on her face. =^-^= There's something a little odd to me about the position of her head, but I also only draw anime so don't take my advice to heart hehe

7 Jan 2002	Cally G. Steussy	Loading... <chuckles> Neat. The only complaint I have, and it's not much of one, is that this is VERY different from the other works I've seen so far. Of course, I've seen maybe a fifth of your gallery at most, so I'll just shut up about that. ^.^ <sweatdrop> Anyway, this is a very good picture. You may want to try smoothing out the color at some point, though, just as an experiment.
