SciFi and Fantasy Art: Rainbow Festival

The Rainbow festival is where The Elvains dye thier wings all different colors and wear thier very finest clothing. This particular young lady is wearing shiny blue-grey clothes and has dyed her wings a bright yellow. For some reason she is distributing roses, probably from her own garden too! <p> I have this colored in pencil but I can't scan it right now because it's at the local County Fair. As soon as I get it back I'll try to scan it so you can see the colored version! This drawing was requested my the mother of my friend Tiffany, she got a photocopy of the ink lines. (Of course she requested an Angel with roses but to me it's an Elvain)
