SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sketch - Goblin study

I've drawn many goblins over the years, trying to illustrate them as I've pictured them in my book, but they all seem to turn out too "cute." Awhile ago, I drew one that actually looked too NOBLE! Go figure. Imagine my surprise when, totally by chance, I happened to be in a bookstore where Alan Lee showed up and narrated a slide show of his work on the Lord of the Rings movies! I purchased his recently published sketchbook which he graciously signed. After reading in it how he considered his own goblins too "storybook" for the Uruk-Hai, I decided to try my hand again. This one came out nasty enough for me! Mechanical pencil; about 11x11". (By the way, Mr. Lee is a wonderfully humble man and treated each one of the packed house ndividually as a real person--a true gentleman.)

This one looks like he's going to kill someone, and the look in his eyes tells me he loves this fact.
