SciFi and Fantasy Art: Keeper of dreams

I thought of a kind (yeah, kind of) guy with a lot of hair (I changed my mind for that:)), horns and some things suspended here and there...I also thought he could have something to do with dreams, so there he is. I wanted to give this one a 'mask' look, that's why it's so symetrical. One of the rare pics I did with coloured pencil.

11 May 2000	Christopher 'Topher' Allen Shepard	Loading... This is truly awesome. Its like some weird voodoo priest mask with a curse on it. I especially dig those pierced lips (ouch!); the eyes; and his nose. The architecture in the face is great. Love the green, orange, and yellow colors you used, and the ornaments hanging from his antlers are a nice bizarre touch. Great pic.
8 Jun 2000	Srishti	Loading... Maybe you shouldn't use colored pencils so rarely - you're great at shading with them. smile Is this touched up at all in a computer-program, or did you manage to get it so incredibly blended with just traditional materials? Either way, it's impressive.
