It is great but for the earring and the dark hair. Finrod was blond >arrgghh!! Why'd he _have_ to be _blond_< This looks more like Maglor, and personally I think his expression et all is much more fitting for Maglor, in mine own humble oppinion.

I agree with Mororë, his neck is too long and a little crooked. Other than that (and the fact that Finrod has blond hair) I can find nothing to criticize. I absolutely love the expression on Finrod's face, a classic melancholy elven look. This is not how I imagined this scene at all (wasn't it at night?) but you have done an excellent job of it. By the way, don't stop drawing Tolkien elves with pointy ears. They are way cool!

I have to agree with Hellga he looks more like Maglor than Finrod and a very sexy Maglor too....you should draw a Maglor and all the other sons of Fëanor..........or Fëanor himself..........mmm I love Fëanor (rambles on for a while on the benefits of sexy evil Noldo elves)

I suppose he could also be Fingon. Fingon had dark hair and played a harp sometimes. Did you maybe get the two confused?

Not that it matters, I know people who draw Fingolfin as a blonde (he was a brunette) give Maedhros black hair (he was definitely a redhead) and make Idril Celebrindal who was clearly stated as having hair like golden rays of sunlight a brunette too. They are wrong of course but their pics are still good so it doesn't matter.
