heh. Tempest isn't usually the type to get all decked out. Her motto is 'if i can't fight in it, i won't wear it'. This dress defintely dosn't fit that description. But that's what you get when you go undercover to a uppity socialite's bash to try and save some prince's life. go figure. So Tempest is understandably nervous. Not to mention uncomfortable, because her wings are all folded up and mashed underneath that dress. Living oragami... black rollerball on printer paper.

I am pretty good at drawing anime girls, but their eyes and legs are always too small or too big! You can try E-mailing me, but my e-mail address is not working right now. You should color it!
