SciFi and Fantasy Art: With Wings Outstreched...

Yet another one of Tempest. Her eyes seem so sad to me... Usually she's more on the hyper side, but i seem to catch her in her sad moments when i draw her. This actually comes from a slightly larger piece, but i didn't like the rest of it so well. *g*
